Founder | Managing Partner
Josh Fisher is the Founder of District Partners, a national search and consulting firm that helps organizations solve complex business challenges through executive search, interim leadership, and strategic consulting. Since founding the firm, Josh has grown District Partners into one of the fastest-growing firms in the country by building long-term partnerships, providing trusted advice, and delivering the right solutions—not just filling positions. With more than two decades of experience in finance, executive search, and consulting, Josh advises private equity firms, founders, and middle-market companies through growth, acquisitions, leadership transitions, and transformation. His team partners with clients across finance, technology, operations, and executive leadership to deliver the talent and expertise needed at every stage of growth. Josh is passionate about entrepreneurship, building high-performing teams, and helping businesses scale.
Kevin Gerrity
Co-Founder | Managing Partner
Kevin co-founded District Partners with a practitioner's edge—building his early career as a CPA at a Big 4 firm, then running a large regional, award-winning accounting firm as its Chief People Officer before transitioning to District Partners. That experience on the client side of talent decisions shapes how he leads today: he believes the best search partners operate as extensions of a leadership team, not vendors filling a role. A former CPA and Washington Business Journal HR Impact Award honoree, Kevin brings technical depth and executive-level judgment to every engagement, serving as a strategic advisor to senior leaders navigating their organizations' most critical talent decisions. Outside of District Partners, Kevin is an avid golfer and has served on various advisory boards, including the Greater Washington Society of CPAs.
Cassandra Monk
Managing Director, IT & Digital Transformation
Cassandra has spent her career at the intersection of technology talent strategy and high-stakes business development, building and scaling search and consulting practices at some of the most respected firms in the industry. How quickly can you place an interim leader?
Most deployments occur 3-5 days post engagement kick-off, however our record deployment was approximately 24 hours. We maintain a highly curated bench of experienced professionals who, under the right circumstances, can be spun up with very short notice.
What does 'partner-led' actually mean?
