The American Institute of Balance (AIB) was scaling quickly across the country but had no internal recruiting function to keep pace. As a search fund–backed business in the middle of rapid expansion, it needed to hire consistently and fast across a growing set of locations — without the time to stand up a talent team from scratch.

AIB engaged District Partners as its Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner, and we took over the recruiting function end to end — sourcing and candidate outreach, job board and posting management, interview coordination, and offer letters — layering our own recruiting technology on top of the business. Rather than running searches from the outside, the team redesigned the hiring process and became a true extension of AIB, embedded in day-to-day operations.

In under a year, District Partners placed 36 hires across 27 local markets in 8 states — spanning Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Delaware, Tennessee, Ohio, South Carolina, and Arizona — keeping hiring ahead of the company's expansion at every step. The partnership remains in place today, with District Partners still embedded as a core part of AIB's recruiting engine.
