District Partners is supporting a rapidly growing healthcare organization as they build out a new location in Vancouver, WA. The HR Manager will serve as the on-site HR leader, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle while helping establish a strong, compliant, and scalable people infrastructure.



The HR Manager will oversee day-to-day human resources operations for the Vancouver location while partnering closely with operational leadership and corporate HR. This individual will play a critical role in helping support organizational growth, employee engagement, compliance, and overall people operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment.



What You'll Be Owning:

Human Resources Operations

  •  Lead onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance efforts

  •  Support hiring initiatives in partnership with the corporate Talent Acquisition function

  •  Build and maintain HR processes, policies, and employee documentation

  •  Serve as a trusted HR partner to operational leadership

  •  Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations

  •  Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives

  •  Coordinate with corporate HR leadership and external partners

Business Partnership & Employee Support

  •  Partner with leadership to help support organizational growth and workforce planning

  •  Provide guidance around employee relations matters and workplace best practices

  •  Help establish scalable HR infrastructure and consistent people processes

  •  Support initiatives tied to culture, communication, and employee development

  •  Assist with organizational and operational HR needs as the location expands

Leadership & Process Improvement

  •  Help create structure and consistency across HR operations for a growing site

  •  Identify opportunities to improve workflows, communication, and HR processes

  •  Support implementation of HR best practices and operational efficiencies

  •  Act as a key liaison between local leadership and corporate HR



What You'll Bring to the Table:

  •  4+ years of HR generalist or HR management experience

  •  Experience in healthcare or multi-site environments preferred

  •  Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employee relations

  •  Ability to operate independently while partnering with leadership

  •  Strong organizational and communication skills

  •  Operationally minded HR professional who can balance employee support with business needs

  •  Hands-on approach with the ability to build and improve HR processes

  •  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across teams

  •  High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  •  Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment
