District Partners has been engaged by one of the fastest-growing wealth management firms in the country in their search for a Project Manager to join their Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO). The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering strategic transformation initiatives across the organization as part of a Project Management team, partnering with executive sponsors, business unit leaders, and cross-functional teams to drive projects from initiation through benefits realization.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced project manager who is energized by leading enterprise-scale transformation work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The role typically operates in a hybrid work environment, with occasional travel to business unit sites.
What You'll be Owning:
Lead end-to-end delivery of assigned transformation workstreams, including scope definition, planning, resourcing, budgeting, and risk management
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, and milestone roadmaps aligned to the enterprise transformation portfolio
Serve as primary point of contact for executive sponsors and steering committees, providing regular status reporting, risk escalation, and decision recommendations
Coordinate cross-functional teams spanning business, technology, operations, and change management to ensure integrated execution
Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues; escalate blockers with recommended resolution paths in a timely manner
Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations; report variances and corrective actions to leadership
Drive adherence to ETO governance standards, including stage-gate reviews, documentation requirements, and change control processes
Partner with the change management function to develop stakeholder communication plans and drive adoption of new processes, systems, and ways of working
Track and report on benefits realization and key performance indicators tied to transformation objectives
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to maintain alignment and momentum
Support continuous improvement of PMO tools, templates, and methodologies used across the transformation portfolio
What You Bring to the Table:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
4+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation or change initiatives
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent project management certification required; Agile/Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP) a plus
Demonstrated experience managing complex projects with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and interdependencies
Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to defined quality standards
Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) or enterprise transformation function preferred
Strong command of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Asana) and reporting/dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Maintains strict confidentiality, safeguards client and firm data, and upholds high ethical standards in all practices
