Kolmac Integrated Behavioral Health is a private equity–backed outpatient behavioral health platform serving patients across the Mid-Atlantic. Formed when Concerted Care Group merged with — and ultimately took the helm of — Kolmac, the combined organization set out on an aggressive, acquisition-driven growth strategy. Scaling that fast, across new markets and a rapidly expanding footprint, required leadership and specialist talent across nearly every function — faster than an internal team could hire alone.
