What You’ll Be Owning
Azure DevOps pipelines that make application delivery repeatable and easier to manage.
Terraform code that keeps infrastructure provisioning consistent.
Integration between application workflows, Azure infrastructure and Microsoft services.
Cloud solutions that balance performance and cost while meeting internal security policies and risk requirements.
Technology roadmaps that anticipate capacity needs and future upgrades.
Root-cause fixes and documentation that help prevent recurring service interruptions.
The Environment
You’ll work across infrastructure and application teams in a Microsoft-focused cloud environment. The scope connects deployment engineering with broader cloud decisions, including how services integrate and how the environment evolves. Stakeholder engagement is central: bring a white-glove service approach, communicate proactively and follow through with care.
What You Bring To The Table
5+ years in cloud administration or comparable infrastructure engineering.
3+ years each designing and managing Azure environments, working with Azure DevOps/CI/CD and using Terraform.
Strong Microsoft cloud knowledge and experience connecting application delivery with infrastructure.
Executive presence and superb stakeholder engagement skills, with the credibility to guide discussions and build trust.
Exceptional written and verbal communication: explain technical tradeoffs clearly to nontechnical audiences and present confidently to larger groups.
A white-glove service mindset, attentive follow-through and sound judgment when balancing competing priorities.
Preferred: AZ-400; Power Platform, Graph API, Foundry, Logic Apps or Azure Functions; Microsoft 365, AI tools, Kubernetes or lifecycle planning. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
A Few Things Worth Knowing
Base Salary: Approximately $120K–$160K in most locations and $130K–$180K in the New York City and San Francisco Bay Area markets. Final offers reflect geography and qualifications.
Bonus: Discretionary annual performance bonus.
Location: Remote, with hiring markets including Washington, DC, Greater Boston, Austin, Seattle, Greater Los Angeles and the San Francisco Bay Area, among others.
Schedule: Core working hours aligned to Eastern Time.
Engagement: Full-time, direct hire, W-2.
